Cold brew is king at Disneyland, especially May through October. Here's the definitive ranking:

1. Black Caf (Docking Bay 7) — Unique, flavorful, can't-get-it-anywhere-else. The citrus-cocoa profile is addictive once you acquire the taste.

2. Lamplight Lounge Cold Brew (DCA) — Sweet cream cold foam, beautiful presentation, killer views. The most 'premium coffee shop' experience at the resort.

3. Market House Nitro Cold Brew (Main Street) — This is Starbucks nitro, but it's consistently good and the creaminess from the nitrogen means you don't need milk. Mobile order to skip the insane line.

4. Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Café Vanilla Sweet Cream (DCA) — DCA's Starbucks. The vanilla sweet cream cold brew is reliable and refreshing. Opens early, which matters.

5. Grand Californian Lobby Cart — The hidden gem. This small coffee cart in the Grand Californian Hotel lobby serves solid cold brew with zero wait. You can access the hotel from DCA's Grizzly Peak area without a room key.

• Market House (Main Street, Disneyland)

  It's Starbucks. You know what you're getting. Mobile order is essential — the walk-up line hits 25+ minutes by 9 AM. Pro tip: order before you leave the parking structure.

• Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Café (Hollywood Land, DCA)

  DCA's Starbucks equivalent. Less crowded than Market House, opens early, and has outdoor seating. The better Starbucks option if you're starting in DCA.

• Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen (Downtown Disney)

Pro Tips from a Caffeinated Park Regular

Mobile order your rope-drop coffee. Seriously — place the Market House order from the esplanade. It'll be ready by the time you walk down Main Street.

The Grand Californian hotel lobby is your secret weapon. Access it from inside DCA (near Grizzly Peak), get coffee from the lobby cart with no wait, sit in the gorgeous Craftsman lobby, then walk back into the park. Best-kept secret at the resort.

Don't sleep on Trader Sam's. The Disneyland Hotel's tiki bar makes an espresso martini that uses the same Black Caf cold brew base from Galaxy's Edge. It's the best coffee cocktail at the resort, hands down. Opens at 11 AM.

Afternoon caffeine sweet spot is 2 PM. Late enough to power you through evening fireworks, early enough you'll still sleep. The 4 PM coffee is a trap — you'll be wired until 2 AM.
